Job purpose
We are currently seeking a strategic, creative, and results-oriented Marketing Manager, Growth and Retention; to own our Growth & Retention efforts. Reporting to the Product Director, the candidate will be responsible managing a growing team whose focus is on developing and executing a strategy to drive growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, loves to A/B test (everything) and is obsessed with customer lifecycle management, user segmentation and personalization. We are looking for someone who can juggle multiple projects simultaneously and can work in a fast paced, startup-like environment.
